Kindness in Action

At Jordan's Light we strive to positively impact the lives of others through kindness in action.  Our aim is to remind others that someone cares through one act of kindness at a time.  

My son Jordan tragically passed away on August 30, 2023 at age 30. Known for his beautiful eyes, smile, and an inner light that shined even brighter. We couldn’t imagine a world where his light didn’t shine, so in April 2024, we created Jordanslight.org to continue his story and spread Jordan's light. 

Our goal: Carry out kindness in action and ignite a ripple effect to remind others they are not alone, and to restore a layer of dignity to those in need. 

 We have delivered over 500 bags of toiletries and countless zippered Ikea bags to those in need and sober living centers. With additional donations, bags were filled with books, food gift cards, school supplies, and personal care items in order to make some days a little easier in the lives of others. Items of comfort for those going through chemo have also been delivered. Special deliveries have been made to Children's Hospital as well as the Ronald McDonald House. 

We hope you are inspired this week to put kindness in action in the name of someone you lost, someone you want to honor, a group or person you wish to help, or even for yourself.
